During the acquisition process, we work diligently through due diligence,  negotiations, and conditions for purchase and sales agreements.

Upon evaluation of the financial feasibility of a project; we collaborate with our production, sales, legal, and marketing teams to prepare a Letter Of Intent for the potential land opportunity.  

In addition to acquisitions, we work closely with local municipalities, engineers, and Home Builder Associations.
